Who we are
Multivector (multivector.ca) is a digital studio based in Quebec, Canada. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Joey Comtois, reachable at info@multivector.ca.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), estimated budget and message. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence.
We also measure site traffic with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and collect no personal identifiers — only aggregated, anonymous statistics such as page views and country.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it goes
The site is hosted by Vercel and our email runs on Google Workspace. As a result, your information may be stored or processed on servers located outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. We only work with providers that offer contractual privacy and security safeguards.
Beyond these service providers, we do not share your personal information with anyone unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to serve the purpose it was collected for — typically the duration of our exchange or business relationship — after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, or request deletion, at any time, by writing to info@multivector.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date. Questions? Write to info@multivector.ca.
